Breathing Space is a purpose built, moderated, and secure social network, where people can seek support from clinicians and each other to help them improve their well-being and resilience. Breathing Space has been tested in clinical trials, and is effective in helping to improve mood, reduce feelings of isolation, and reduce problematic drinking.
In Breathing Space you can:
· Connect and relate with others
· Share your thoughts and emotions
· Connect with the community
Currently, Breathing Space is only available to participants in specific research trials. Should you wish to join Breathing Space, but are not participating in a research trial, you will be given access to an alternative online community. This alternate community will not have all the features of the Breathing Space community and will have minimal clinician input.
